You can book your appointment using the new Instant Booking system. Please read the FAQs and the Studio Policies to make sure you are eligible for a tattoo before confirming the booking.

HOW DOES THIS SYSTEM WORK?
This system allows you to see all the dates and times available, and to book the one that suits you best. You'll be able to complete your booking in a quick and easy way.
-Access the link that the artist or the studio will send you, this will bring you to the bookings calendar.
-Select the date and time you want to book and continue to the next page.
-Enter all the details requested. Be as accurate as you can with the tattoo description.
-After completing the booking, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided (please be aware that it might show a different time depending on your calendar's time zone settings).
-Another automatic email with the Studio policies and information about the deposit will be sent as well. You can reply to it attaching reference images or adding more details if needed.
If all the details about the design have been discussed beforehand through Instagram or any other channel, no further action needs to be done. If not, we strongly recommend replying to this email, so there's no confusion and the design can be ready for the appointment date.
CAN I BOOK FOR TWO OR MORE PEOPLE IN THE SAME TIME SLOT?
Yes, this is possible. Please make sure you discuss this with the artist so they can send you the adequate time slot.
The recommended amount of people per same booking is three. If you want to book four or more, please create individual bookings per each one.
For group bookings, please send us a message in advance to have a chat about it.
HOW FAR CAN I BOOK MY APPOINTMENT?
Bookings are usually open every 2 months (this can vary depending on the artist and the season). That means that the rest of the year will be closed and only the selected months will be available.
CAN I BOOK WITHOUT USING THE INSTANT BOOKING SYSTEM?
If you are unable to book using the Instant Booking system, please message us to proceed with a manual booking.
The manual booking will require a €50 deposit that can be paid in cash, Revolut or PayPal.
HOW DO I BOOK A CONSULTATION/TOUCH UP?
To book a free consultation or a touch up, please message us through any of our social channels.
Consultations and touch up's can be booked through the Instant Booking with some artists, so please let us know and we'll give you more details.
Consultations and touch ups are usually 30 mins long.
CAN I SEE THE FINAL DESIGN BEFORE BOOKING?
Unfortunately, no. Designs will be done once the booking is confirmed and the deposit has been paid. They will be usually ready the day before the appointment date. Sometimes 2 or three days before for larger or more intricate pieces (depending on the artist's procedure).
Always try to provide as many reference images and details as you can. This will help during the design process.

CAN I RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?
Yes. You can reschedule your appointment up to two times (only once depending on the artist). If the appointment needs to be reschedule a third time, we'll proceed with the cancellation, keep the deposit and a new booking will need to be done.
If you booked through the Instant Bookings system, you can reschedule the appointment anytime from your calendar. Access the "Reschedule" link that you will find on the calendar event's details.
If the booking was done manually through the studio or the artist, please message us to proceed with the changes and to check other dates available.
HOW MUCH NOTICE IS NEEDED TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule or to cancel an appointment. If enough notice is given, your deposit will be honoured for the new booking's date.
If you notice a few hours prior the appointment or do not show up, your deposit will be lost.
If you arrive more than 15-20 minutes late (depending on the appointment's length), this one will be cancelled and the deposit will be lost. For free consultations, it will be 10 minutes late.
