CONSULTATIONS AND APPOINTMENTS

HOW CAN I BOOK WITHOUT USING THE INSTANT BOOKING SYSTEM?

If you are unable to book using the Instant Booking system, please message us to proceed with a manual booking.

The manual booking will require a €50 deposit that can be paid in cash, card, Revolut or PayPal.

HOW DO I BOOK A CONSULTATION/TOUCH UP?

To book a free consultation or a touch up, please message us through email or any of our social channels.

The consultations and touch up's won't be booked through the Instant Booking system as a deposit is not required.

Consultations and touch ups are usually 30 mins long.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

Yes, all bookings must be secured with a €50 deposit.

Deposits can be paid in cash or by card at the studio, or sent online using Revolut or PayPal.

The deposit will come off the total price of the tattoo. In a group booking, it can be split or deducted to the person who paid it.

A deposit is not necessary for consultations or touch ups.

As per studio policy, deposits are non-refundable. However, if a reschedule needs to be done, the deposit will be valid for the new date (if enough notice has been given).

CAN I SEE THE FINAL DESIGN BEFORE BOOKING?

Unfortunately, no. Designs will be done once the booking is confirmed and the deposit has been paid. They will be ready usually the day before the appointment date. Sometimes 2 or three days before for larger or more intricate pieces.

Always try to provide as many reference images and details as you can. This will help the artist during the design process.

If you want to make sure your idea is understood and you want to see a rough sketch of your design, feel free to book a consultation in advance.

CAN I RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?

Yes. You can reschedule your appointment up to two times. If the appointment needs to be reschedule a third time, we'll proceed with the cancellation and a new booking will need to be done.

If you booked through the Instant Bookings system, you can reschedule the appointment anytime from your calendar. Access to the "Reschedule" link that you will find on the event details.

If the booking was done manually through the studio or any of the artists, please send a message to proceed with the changes and to check other dates available.

HOW MUCH NOTICE IS NEEDED TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule or to cancel an appointment. If enough notice is given, your deposit will be honoured for the new booking's date.

If you notify us a few hours prior the appointment or don't show up, your deposit will be lost.

If you arrive late more than 15 minutes (for 1 hour slots) or 20
minutes
(1.5 hours or longer) to your appointment, this one will be cancelled and the deposit will be lost. For free consultations, it will be 10 minutes late.

HOW EARLY SHOULD I SHOW TO MY APPOINTMENT? WHAT IF I'M LATE?

The recommended time is between 5 and 10 minutes, but it's always appreciated to show up in time.

TwoFace Tattoo is a busy studio with many artists in it. Sometimes, the waiting area can get uncomfortably crowded if clients show for their appointment too early.

Showing up at the correct time will make things easier for the rest of the clients and for the tattoo artists.

Due to some circumstances, you might be late to your appointment. If this is the case, please notify the artist or the studio as soon as possible. If neither the artist or the studio are notified, the appointment will be automatically cancelled after 15-20 minutes (depending on the length of the appointment).

CAN I BRING A FRIEND WITH ME TO THE APPOINTMENT?

You can bring one companion to your appointment, please always discuss this with your artist. This person can sit next to you in the tattoo area. Due to a limitation of seating space, we may ask companions to leave if needed.

We are an 18+ studio. Children over 16 are permitted to wait in the
reception area. Under 16s are unfortunately not allowed in the studio. We
apologise for any inconvenience.

GENERAL TATTOO QUESTIONS

CAN I USE NUMBING CREAM FOR MY TATTOO?

Please discuss with your artist before using any numbing product on your skin. If the skin is red or irritated, you won’t be able to get tattooed on the day.

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

Make sure your skin is hydrated drinking lots of water and applying moisturiser days prior to your appointment.

It's recommended to wear loose and comfortable clothing for your comfort, as sometimes you could be seated for long periods of time. Also, they will be less restrictive with your skin once the tattoo is finished. 

Do not come to your tattoo session drunk or hungover. You should be well rested and after having some food.

Extra care of personal hygiene prior to attending your session is recommended.

HOW DO I LOOK AFTER MY NEW TATTOO AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO HEAL?

The healing times may vary depending on the type of tattoo you get, the style, the size and how well you look after your tattoo.

A tattoo usually takes about 3-4 weeks to be fully healed, but this time can vary on each person.

IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE LIMIT?

Yes, you MUST be over 18 to get tattooed. IDs will be required at every appointment.

If an underage customer books an appointment, this will be immediately cancelled and the deposit will be refunded (deducting any transactions fees).

We are a safe space for everyone, so we won’t tolerate any misconduct or
bad behaviour in the studio. Any kind of hate speech, racism, harassment
or abuse towards staff or other clients will result in a permanent ban from
the studio.
